A Wikimedia chapter to serve nearly 150,000 residents

Motivation

To encourage people from these three Canadian counties to have an increased influence from Wikimedia (as well as Wikipedia)

• Where in Brantford do we located this regional chapter?
• How do we get Norfolk County and Haldimand County involved on these on an equal level to Brantford and Brant County?
