Summary

Create videos of people Reading the proposals on youtube for easy access.

Proposal

To create a series of videos of the proposals being read on youtube.

We can also use espeak to have the computer read them.

Motivation

For a higher reach. For a higher participation. Because people who are disabled will be able to take part. Because it is easier to listen than to read.

* What order should they be read in ?
* How often should they be updated
* Who should present them?
