Draft Recommendation #2: Wikipedia Academies across the country

I think we need wiki academies for both Indic languages and English language with equal priority in India. WP:INR in english wikipedia is trying to bring and improve almost 60000+ articles. --Naveenpf 00:45, 13 March 2010 (UTC)
