At meta we have a page that takes note of users who edited more than 1000 times in different indian wikipedias , besides I active user lists of various wikipedias and user participating in discussions at en:Wikipedia talk:Noticeboard for India-related topics also can be spammed for supporting strategy wiki discussion.But first I need support in having a good spamming message and then may be bot support to spam their talk pages . I talked with user:Philippe about the possibility of a getting some support to create a bot to spam the talk pages of edited more than 1000 times in different Indian wikipedias. He said that most Wikipedia communities have rules regarding the approval of bots. Do you know what the rules are for the Indian wikipedias? Do you think you could figure out what we would have to do to get the bot approved? If we can find a way to get the bot approved I think we can find someone to help us write the actual bot. I also think it is a good idea to put a message up on the notice board for India related topics. I will spend a little time and draft a message which you can take a look at. Then if you think it is good, we could post on not notice board. another possibility that Philippe mentioned was to ask a local sysop whether they have a process for using "watchlist notices" That would display a link to the strategy wiki every time someone goes to their watchlist.
