Summary

hide/close left panel options

Proposal

Make a way to close or hide the left panel to allow articles to use the full screen area for display.

Motivation

I have vision problems, enlarging the font size is very useful to me. Having as much screen real estate as possible for the articles would be helpful. Losing screen area to the left column display is not.

This could assist with other difficulties as well. Less repeated text for those using screen readers. Less additional information to confuse/distract those with cognitive difficulties. It may help other impairments as well. An added bonus, less paper could be used when articles are printed.

Potential Costs

cost of coding?
