Zusammenfassung

Restore the spirit of Wikipedia and be less restrictive on editing.

Vorschlag

Be less restrictive on editing. There are far too many articles that are "flagged revisions" (gesichtete Versionen in German). I doubt that this is really needed. Vandalism is usually perceived and corrected quickly, and this might encourage the editor to edit more, and it might well be a frustrating and discouraging experience for the vandal.

Motivation

Editing articles is frustrating and discouraging if you are not member of the "inner circle" that seems to have taken over Wikipedia. I don't feel the spirit of it anymore.
