Summary
I find adding interwikis to a foreign wikipedia site rather unocnvenient. I believe that it would be much easier with a script which would work something similar to the Hot Cat tool. That way admins wouldn't have to watch every change in order to see if the user really added an interwiki or not. It would also be much more convenient for first-time users as well as the more experienced ones.
Only the procedure of the tool is a problem as I think it takes quite some time and software knowledge (I don't have).
