Proposal

Small wikis should change their main page to increase participation.

Motivation

On the main page there are links to many pages, but these pages get only a few edits by new editors. I think that the main page is for viewers not for editors. That is OK for wikis with lot of editors. Wikis with few editors should have different main pages which are optimized for increasing the participation. I guess, that small articles with topics everyone is able to expand should be on the main page.
