Summary

Allow users to watch what articles are added to and removed from a category.

Proposal

Add an option similar to "watch", but which would work on categories. Not just category description, as it works now, but also articles and subcategories inside it. It could also add a functionality similar to "related changes".

Motivation

Keeping categories clean, making monitoring whether a page is inserted into wrong category possible.
