Proposal

A website that allows volunteer lawyers to represent clients and prepare a defense for them

Motivation

People who cannot afford lawyers can have a volunteer lawyer from the web site represent him or her for free.

Key Questions

• How do we get people aware of this new web site?
• Can "Wiki lawyers" practice law anywhere in the world or just in the United States/Canada?
• How do we get judges to take "Wiki lawyers" seriously?

Potential Costs

getting to the coutroom, acquiring a business wardrobe, transportation, acquiring law books
