Proposal

1. provide a central source where anyone could go to find out how to write, email, facebook/web addresses, and telephone world leaders, politicians, entertainers, advocates, organizations, corporations, authors, artists, academicians, foundations, granting agencies, etc. 2. maintain celebrity's confidentiality and privacy. Personal information would not have to be included, though city residence would be helpful to know generally where they are located. 3. Way to enter requests for addresses by the public. Many publishers and organizations would post by themselves, but it may take staff to contact those where there are requests.

It would allow greater and more freely exchange of ideas Especially allow good ideas to get to persons who might be able to utilize the ideas or facilitate their use Encourage communication so essential to democracy and making things happen Many people in the news could use encouragement by others approbation. It often is even useful for a celebrity to have negative responses in order to improve performance, think about moral issues carefully, learn from mistakes, know about concerns of others.
