Summary

I want to see Wikimedia use the OS APIs to use the Systems Video, Audio and Data handling if the particular software of wiki's is not installed in that PC .So it will make look Wikimedia files and combination of Audio Video, TeXt in one file

Motivation

After knowing that windows API potential for doing Various tasks As I use Windows and majority does, ALso APPle , Linux all have good APIs to use which could be use for temp. accessing the APis to do particular Job.
