Summary
To integrate links to wikipedia articles in wikiversity where an article has not yet been created.
Proposal
If wikiversity does not have an article links should instead point to wikipedia until an article is created.
Motivation
If for example there was a wikiversity article under medicine. if you needed links to drugs and did not have the articles in wikiversity, they would need to be created before the original page. With this links would be put in as usual but if there was no wikiversity article it would divert to the wikipedia article until a page was created on wikiversity.
