Proposal talk:'go to top' buttons at every section title

Latest comment: 14 years ago by 198.188.150.233 in topic Impact?

You have already a button in the keyboard which makes it possible to go to the top of a page :)

Just press the Pos1-Key. --Abubiju 19:44, 22 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

I had no idea that this existed till now, I can't figure out how to use it now and I'm sure that the vast majority of wikipedia users are no different from me in this respect. A go to top link seems like a good idea.--84.41.42.163 23:45, 27 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Back to top links are 90s. No one uses them anymore. --Danlev 21:22, 22 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Impact?

Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 00:03, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I don't believe many will use this and it may end up causing more clutter and become a usability issue. 198.188.150.233 02:31, 23 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
