This idea is interesting, but in which way do you want to use blender?

There is also one problem. Everyone who wants to use this feature has to install blender, but not everone wants to install a programme he doesn't use for anything else. -- Jan Sende 08:50, 23 August 2009 (UTC)
- Initially a system would be placed with the video ready and clicking edit will be given the option to download the files blender (As in SVG files, the editor must have a reader for this).
- It is just important to agree on limited number of applications, to make sure you do not need 30 applications just to browse Wikipedia freely. Then Wikipedia itself may create enough motivation to install the needed software. Of course, I thing that selected applications must be FOSS (this ensures that they will stay freely available) and cross platform. Audriusa
- There are proposals to integrate with the BURP, and there is a need for closer integration and time consuming. Brunonar 17:21, 23 August 2009 (UTC)

Impact?
Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 00:06, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
