Happens already

Obviously this happens already. The question is how to stop it. Faced with an inadequate page, there are users who go out and plunder adequate pages on related topics, so that the 'good' pages are subsumed into the 'bad' page. This results in pages on small topics being hunted down and destroyed, and pages on important topics being deprived of actual constructive attention, as it is camouflaged how bad they really are. - Brya 06:46, 26 August 2009 (UTC)

Impact?
