This Proposal isn't very specific and is probably covered by others that are less broad. Sorry if this is unnecessary.--Occono 01:53, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Can you share with us your thoughts on how to drive and organize volunteers to accomplish the goal stated in the proposal? Dedalus 08:43, 20 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
I suppose Wikimedia establishing more of a real-world presence would be key. Maybe small Wikimedia Centres could be established in major cities--Occono 18:46, 21 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
We now have two proposals that would help achieve this objective Proposal:Wiki On-The-Go and Proposal:Offline Wikipedia, plus http://thewikireader.com/ can I suggest that this be merged into the other two proposals as a motivation? WereSpielChequers 13:07, 15 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Impact?

Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 00:10, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
