Impact?

Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 01:13, 4 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I believe that homeschooling your kid on Wikipedia is better than having the government corrupt your child with their biased information at the public schools. GVnayR 03:47, 6 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

I think this is a good idea,

but going to public school doesn't corrupt you. This is a good idea, but it should be a tool for parents who want to educate their children, and parents who want to educate their children while simultaneously locking them in the closet from ideas that aren't theirs.

But going to public school corrupts you. It turns you into a guinea pig for the government. I was taught some stuff that anybody born earlier than 1980 would laugh at and toss in the garbage (i.e., environmental taxes, evolution, sexual education, unusual tolerance towards aboriginal Canadians, believing that it's OK for people with severe Down syndrome to be integrated into a normal high school classroom because they shut down special ed). There is no point :/

No point to what? Learning at home where the environment is safer and you don't have to worry about being in an overcrowded underfunded government instution for 6 hours on a weekday? GVnayR 23:42, 2 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
