- Who would create the TV's content ? paid people or volunteers ?
- Canada is also partially french-speaking, wouldn't it be better is there was content for both languages ?

1. Wikipedia TV would operate on a basis similar to PBS/TVO. 2. There are more articles to use in English Wikipedia than French Wikipedia so it has to be 100% in English.
Impact?
Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 00:19, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
I believe that brining Wikipedia to Canadian satellite television will better allow us to utilize the English-speaking market that it has the most penetration in. GVnayR 14:35, 15 September 2009 (UTC)
