I propose a course for new people to learn to use wiki. Give people a sign on their page to indicate they did the course.

If you want pages to have a prescribed format, like in wiktionary, do give people a preformatted new page with instructions. Now people are discussing formatting again and again. 82.95.246.138 06:45, 8 December 2009 (UTC)
