Priorities

The overall strategic priorities guiding the Foundation's annual planning are still being developed, but based on what's been articulated so far, the following priorities have emerged:

  1. Ensure Wikimedia runs high quality web site and operation
  2. Strength and grow the contributor community that is the lifeblood of Wikimedia
  3. Accelerate impact through innovation

The Board of Trustees was briefed in a strategy planning memo from Sue Gardner in February, 2010.
