Chapters

File:2008fundraisingbycountry.png is really great. It would be useful to have a more complete chart/table with those data for all countries, and possibly with differences among years (also to see how a chapter or a chapter fundraising agreement changes things; for this you would need to combine WMF and chapter-directed donations).
