Can you expand on the potential of this? How would an Ajax program know what's incorrect and therefore know to delete it? --Bodnotbod 19:30, 18 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Is this proposal about having news feeds for new updates of Wikipedia? Or, as I incline to interpret it is it about having news feeds from news agencies, which are filtered to get attached relevant wikipedia links? Otherwise I like the idea of news of celestial objects, but sifting and filtering through hundreds of new articles, not to mentioning finding and accessing them, in order to find extremes that in some cases aren't definable (farthest, smallest, faintest), sounds like mathematically impossible. News feeds can certainly be found at any news paper, sifting, filtering and merging them might be possible, but I think it is too far from the Mediawiki software to make sense for the Wikimedia Foundation. We don't have the means, nor interest. Rursus 07:43, 19 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

Impact?

Some proposals will have massive impact on end-users, including non-editors. Some will have minimal impact. What will be the impact of this proposal on our end-users? -- Philippe 00:19, 3 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
