Reduce deletion discussion for new users
- Not to disencourage new users to write their first or second article by having sometimes extensive deletion discussions, in particular in German Wikipedia. More individual help is needed and not only just via the fromal option look-up "Help".--Fox1942 15:37, 2 December 2009 (UTC)
