Hi, just wanted to drop a note to let you know that User:Mwpnl configured a welcome bot for us - there shouldn't be any need to welcome users manually any more. But watch for a malfunctioning bot, just in case, and block it if it's being bad. It's User:StrategyBot. -- Philippe 19:01, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
It's about your message here. I must agree with your saying that the old task forces don't converge with the new Emergings Strategy Priorities. They don't and I've asked some questions about this as well. Stretching my mind, I can see that most of the new Emerging Strategy Priorities (ESPs) try to incorporate some of the old Task Forces, and they have their own subject page and talk page by now.
That means to me, if you are added to one of the ESP Task Forces one of these days, you will have to find your way through all of the material that has been added to the Strategy Wikimedia site, find out which is still applicable, which is useful for your Task Force and which will ultimately be part of your advice. That certainly won't be easy. I applied at an early stage and I'm not sure if a Task Force like I applied for, will actually be installed.
