- Proposal:Improve transparency of article status and the editing process - make the identified shortcomings of any given article more visible to readers, so that readers can try to remedy them
- Proposal:Scholarships for contributors who bring vital articles to featured status
- Proposal:Host a microblogging service - an internal microblogging service would let users easily notify their friends about what they are editing and what problems they find. WikiProjects could coordinate collaboration on the fly.

- Proposal:Wikipedia Corrector Tape - im sorry im too busy to fit this to your template, but one way to lower the barriers to entry is to build an editing framework that doesn't require users to be bureaucracy-philes or code jockeys
